Step Four
Prepare and Upload
An ARC Compliance Manager may contact you during this step
Prepare your required documentation, including insurances and licences (the onboarding email outlines what will be needed).
Upload all documentation through the Loop link provided in your email.
Our team will verify your compliance.

Documentation That Guides Every Project We Deliver.
Below you will find access to our forms, policies, and procedures. Please ensure you download and retain these documents alongside your own SSSP and H&S systems.
You are required to obtain your Site Safe card and ensure it is current prior to entering any ARC Projects site.
You may not carry out any high risk works on ARC Projects sites unless you have provided signed SSSP and hold all relevant licences and insurances. Where required and substances/chemicals are on site, an up to date SDS must be available.
If you are injured or there is a near miss on site you must contact the job project manager immediately.
